Wissenaire’22 provides an eminent platform to all the young minds out there brimming with enthusiasm. With the prime motive of nurturing cognitive skills and wide exposure to school students, here comes the School Champ with its 4 rounds. Grab this opportunity bestowed on you!!

Event Format

Round 1: Participants are given Sudoku Puzzles and they are expected to solve in a minimum time with accuracy. Points will be allotted according to the time taken for solving the given Sudoku puzzle. Participants from each standard (8th ,9th, and 10th) whose score crosses a cutoff range will seize the spot in next round.

Round 2: Participants will be given prominent scientist names with letters jumbled, and they need to guess and set the name right. 10 such names would be given and top 10 participants with the highest score in specified time will seize the spot in next round.

Round 3: Participants will have to participate in a quiz on general knowledge, where they need to answer 10 questions. The top 5 participants with the highest score will seize the spot in next round.

Round 4: Participants will be interviewed, and points will be given based on communication skills, spontaneity, accuracy of answers etc..... Finally, top 3 participants will be declared as winners.

Rules

Round 1:

Points allotted according to the time taken for solving the Sudoku puzzle:
Less than 2 Min - 100 Pts
2 Min - 3 Min - 90 Pts
3Min - 4 Min - 80 Pts
4Min - 5 Min - 70 Pts
5min - 6 Min - 60 Pts
6Min - 7 Min - 50 Pts
7Min - 8 Min - 40 Pts
8Min - 9 Min - 30 Pts
9Min - 10 Min - 20 Pts
10Min - 11 Min - 10 Pts

Round 2:

10 Points will be awarded for each name arranged correctly.

Round 3:

10 points will be awarded for each correct answer.
